I had a circuit board go out on one of my units and Chris M. Did an excellent job detecting the problem, getting the board replaced, and trouble shooting the additional communication issues between the new board and the thermostat. Chris M. got my system back up and running and stayed on task until he was satisfied everything was in order. Great guy! Thanks for the effort Chris M.!
Dave Lane to the rescue! Dave Lane delivered superb service once again! Craig quickly determined that the problem with my AC was a dirty condenser coil and cleaned it for me. He checked the overflow drai and my refrigerant charge & found all AOK. He also made sure I received my senior discout! Thank you, Craig!
