when we initially reached out to CCP, we just wanted to better understand the pool building process and the cost. Joe was great, working with us on design and cost options and when we decided to put the pool on hold for a year he respected that decision. A year later, we contacted him and a couple other pool companies to get quotes. For a number of reasons, CCP was easily the best company for us.
Our pool building process was incredibly smooth. Joe and his team dealt with the concerns of our neighbors, and got our pool built- start to finish in under 40 days (the weather cooperated with CCP).
Overall, it was a positive experience and I'm glad we went with CCP for our pool.
