He was polite, confident and explained the entire process. On installation day the crew was fantastic. During that day I was provided with several photos from a drone showing the progress. Mr. Gaitan noticed a slight dip in the new roof at the garage. He had the crew remove the shingles and make the area perfect. That's great customer service and attention to detail.“
