Staff are helpful, friendly, and thorough, with front desk greeting patients with a smile and assisting with forms. One patient was taken back quickly after arriving in pain, and the X-ray tech was kind. Another patient had a good experience with an ultrasound, noting the staff were thorough, friendly, and made the visit comfortable. While one MRI session froze after 30 minutes requiring a move, the overall experience was still described as good. The facility is easy to find, and patients feel confident returning as repeat customers.
I just wanted to say thank you to the two ladies that did my daughter’s ultrasound yesterday! They were so thorough and friendly. One was training the new lady and we didn’t even know she was new until she mentioned it. Way to go for hiring such good employees! We will definitely be repeat customers!!!
It was easy find staff was so helpful. I was in a lot of pain and my X-ray tech he was so kind. The front desk actually greeted you with a smile and helped me get my forms filled out. Then I was taken back quickly.
Besides a very long wait time, maybe because of the MRI scan I was having, everything else was great. The MRI tech was fantastic and although the scan took quite awhile it went well and I was happy with the quality of care I was given.
