I locked my keys in my car at a restaurant in the Woodlands. Pop-A-Lock was dispatched by my insurance company- Geico, and he was there within 45 minutes. He called and texted me before and on his arrival. He was so great, and I was glad he didn't have to use the window to get to my door lock, but instead used the lock on the outside of my door. He did a great job, and I appreciated his professionalism and understanding! I gave him a tip also! Great company to use!
Everything was fantastic. Very fast and easy to work with. No hidden costs or surprises, and the technician explained everything to me, was polite and courteous and fixed our issue in 30 minutes or less. I would definitely recommend them in the future!
It took our guy almost two hours to get to us after him saying he would be there within 20 minutes. Nonetheless once he got there it took him about 10 minutes to get us back in our vehicle. It was a tricky task due to my partner’s windows being super tinted, but he was able to get it done!
