I called a couple of other places, but found various levels of incompetence (that car model doesn't exist) to poor customer service. Finally I called High End and had my key within a couple of hours. The locksmith had good customer service and explained everything thoroughly. Also, their price was the same (within $10) of the other two places I called.
Very prompt service and they did an excellent job! Will definitely use them again!
