Carrie is awesome!!! This is a great PT center, if not the best. I love how all the PT's are really caring about their patients and work great as a team. We are really impressed. Our son was properly assigned a Neuro Physical Therapist after they thoroughly went through the records. We could not be happier. Carrie worked so hard with our son. Such a positive environment.

Breanna , Staff Intake for Houston Methodist Physical Therapy receives the highest marks for expediting physical therapy orders which had not been filed to my health care plan for necessary physical therapy. Breanna quickly assessed the important request and inputted all the notes and physical therapy diagnosis to my insurance company. Within 20 minutes I had an approval for my physical therapy, and Breanna quickly booked subsequent appointments with a physical therapist.
Breanna should be recognized for being a caring Staff Intake representative, but someone who is proactive for the patient.
