Worst service, communication, and every excuse in the book for missing appointments. This month they even skipped a week and billed me for it! They said there was a dog in the back yard, so they left. A 10 month old lab puppy was back there, and all they had to do was knock on the door and the dog would have been taken in. His excuses are he was short staffed, he had COVID, couldn’t get by our house because they were too busy. He is one of these guys that wants your money but does not want to work for it. Stay away from this guy. He’s bad news.

This pool Company Is awesome. I hired them 6 months ago .And I have no complaints at all . They keep my pool looking crystal clear . Week to week .They are by far the best Pool company out in my area .

For over a month my pool got green and the pump did not pull anymore! Finally I called Hayward for help, but they could only come by in January. The lady offered to call somebody because I was so upset.That somebody was Noah! He would not give up for hours and finally dislodged 4 bubbles from my Sweetgum Trees from the pool line. Within hours my pool was beautiful again!
