I thoroughly enjoyed my first session, even though my legs are currently jello. Great workout. She took the time to make me feel welcomed and corrected my form in a helpful, constructive manner. She was encouraging and I really appreciated her feedback.
First time I’ve consistently attended anything fitness. The staff and other members are a big reason why I keep going back. That and how much better I feel from a health perspective. They’re friendly and supportive while pushing me to be just a little bit better than I think I can be without overdoing it. I’m no expert, but I highly recommend Karen and her team at The Colony CrossFit.
