First experience was eh. It wasn't a bad haircut but wasn't what I asked for. I also booked (and paid for) the razor fade and never got it. The appointment felt very rushed. It was a nice haircut (but not what I asked for) so I booked again with another person and it was everything I'd expect for the price.
Fantastic. Just moved here, so I had no notes from past haircuts to go off of. I wanted to try something different, and Marcella listened to everything I said and worked with me to achieve the right look.
I got my haircut at another location and unfortunately, the barber created a disaster out of my hair. I came in here, not knowing what to expect but the stylist took charge and completely saved me with an incredible haircut. I will absolutely become a regular now.
