The person I spoke to when I first walked in was kind and patient with me. One of the ladies offered a trial with contacts because I was thinking of going to contacts. The young woman that took me to the back and ran some tests was very kind and patient. The optometrist made it clear he was patient and I can clearly see that. However, he did answer all of my questions. Overall, a good experience.
