“The best cat groomer I've used so far. I have a beautiful, but long haired, persian cat who I have had to take to groomers since she was little -- eight years old now. The first groomer I discovered was sedating her and she was groggy for a few days afterward - not good and stopped using her. The second groomer was a business that specialized in cat grooming on a bigger scale. The negative was that you would drop your cat off there for up to six hours and they are surrounded by other cats......very traumatizing for the cat but only option I thought I had at the time. That place closed and I was in desperate need of a new groomer. I found Linda, and I am so blessed to have found her. She is like a cat whisperer.....no sedation needed as she really comforts the cat before grooming. She has a mobile trailer that she can come to you but you can also take to her and have her focus on just doing your cat with no other animals around. She gets it done in an hour or two as she is just doing your cat solely. She did the best job of all the groomers I have used. She is reasonably priced for the above and beyond service she provides. You can tell she takes the extra effort so as to comfort your cat and limit any type of trauma they may have from getting groomed. Definitely recommend her and happy to have found Linda to take care of Abby's grooming needs going forward.“

“Found them from Facebook group. First time using a cat sitter while I had to be away from home for vacation. Met them in person prior to go over the details of what type of care my two cats needed. Sandy was very professional and friendly at the same time. Communicated everyday while I was away by her sending me update and photos/videos of my babies. Extremely satisfied and grateful for everything they did for my cats. The price was very reasonable and I recommend them to everyone!“

I love seeing pictures of my pets every day while traveling and their staff seem to genuinely adore spending time with the animals. “I used to work here a while ago. Seems like a good company, nice people in charge, etc. Even some of the other sitters are nice. Their application process is really long. I was on the phone doing interviews/answering questions for about a week. A lot more than I expected. I get that you're going into people's homes and vip has to make sure you're a good fit, safe person, etc. And that the owner's need to be comfortable with the sitters and make sure their dog(s) are in good hands. But holy cow. And a lot of the questions are repeats. They asked me some questions 3-4 times verbally and on paper. I guess they want to see if you answer the same way or if you're not being honest, how much difference in the answers.One thing I didn't prefer is that the company wants you to leave a note at each visit. I don't really like that and all dog owners I know, really like a text for each time you check on the pets and home. That way, they know right away how things are, pets ate good, etc. When you leave notes all week and owners are out of town....they have to wait until they're back to know how things are. Note, they don't tell you not to message owners. There's no rule against that. But wish they'd do away with the paper notes. Not super helpful.It's a good company and I dealt with some really nice owners. But I'm glad I just do private sitting anymore.“
