Update to review that I left on 12/7/2023-my small order, which was only 6 sheets of tile, arrived 2 weeks late. My husband took a half day off work to go pick up the tile at their Denton location because it would take longer to have the order shipped to the store in The Colony that we placed the order at. Every tile was broken. I am so disappointed.

Requested a call and wow no return call. If they can’t call u back to sell u carpet imagine if u tried to get help after install. No thank you

My Flooring America just installed red oak hardwood floors in my home. They are beautiful! Chip Reeder came to my home to see my floors, some of which had been cut out due to water damage, took measurements, and advised me of my options. He arrived less than 24 hours after we first spoke on the phone! The materials were delivered timely and the crew arrived at 8:30 am this past Tuesday. The job was completed at 5:30 pm Wednesday! I was very impressed with the installers who were very respectful and very good craftsmen. There were no problems or issues whatsoever. I am very happy with the outcome and highly recommend My Flooring America. They are excellent Flooring specialists!

We had a great experience working with MFA. From Chris in the sales department to the installation crew, everyone was very professional and courteous. This was important to us as we were living in the house when they did all of the flooring throughout.

I'm hunting currently for certain tile that has been discontinued for repair of my first floor! I haven't found it yet but the salesperson searched high and low for a close match shade wise. Unfortunately the newer selection tiles are large long planks also which complicates my situation.The service and advice was incredible!The selection of all flooring is amazing!

We had our floors done in 2019 with the luxury vinyl. We always get compliments on our floors, but recently we had an issue with warping. I reached out to Danny and got an immediate response. After some time and surveys, they came out and corrected the issue. The My Flooring team was awesome throughout the process and very friendly and thorough. Glad we decided to go with this company over others!

Not particular the colony branchDo we have a negative option to put in.Problem 1,Their Salesman , His promises are big and fancy but he doesn't have any idea what the installation team can deliver. He will do big promises, show how his company's work is much better then competitor, Once getting the contract and you call him , Look at his tone of talking, He doesn't care, screams out loud while taking, I feel fooled , ditched and scammed.Problem 2.They will bring any amount of material as "unforeseen" and will not even tell you and will charge 4 times of that. And after that they will say it was in the contact you see.Problem 3.They will not even have an idea if they have matching stuff and then after we not agreeing they will bring something which I was not quoted for.BEWARE of them , whatever they lure you into signing with the sweet talks
