My Flooring America just installed red oak hardwood floors in my home. They are beautiful! Chip Reeder came to my home to see my floors, some of which had been cut out due to water damage, took measurements, and advised me of my options. He arrived less than 24 hours after we first spoke on the phone! The materials were delivered timely and the crew arrived at 8:30 am this past Tuesday. The job was completed at 5:30 pm Wednesday! I was very impressed with the installers who were very respectful and very good craftsmen. There were no problems or issues whatsoever. I am very happy with the outcome and highly recommend My Flooring America. They are excellent Flooring specialists!
I highly recommend My Flooring America for any of your flooring needs. I recently purchased Luxury Vinyl Planks and my salesman was Jim Bryan. He was so patient with me during my long visit to the Webster store while I chose samples for him to bring to my house. After I chose the one sample for my kitchen, it was really nice to know that Jim had chosen the same one. The floor was on back order but when it finally arrived, Sulio and Hector arrived to install the flooring yesterday June 5, 2023. They were excellent and did a beautiful job. They even stayed longer to put felt tips on the bottom of my very heavy glass top table. I would not have been able to do it.
