I went in with an Apple Store loaned phone. I explained that I had cracked the screen and had to return to the Apple Store. He knew Apple does diagnostics but replaced either way with a non authorized Apple screen. Do not take Apple products to him they are unauthorized parts. I went to Apple Store right after picking up the phone from him. Of course they denied the return of the loner and I had to pay for an extra screen.
