Locked my keys inside of my car today. One of the worst mistakes you can make, but we are all human! IM SO THANKFUL FOR JOHN AT YALE KEYEXPRESS!!! Seriously!! John came to me within 15 minutes of my issue! John got me into my car in no time! I seriously cannot express how amazing the customer service was. Also how quick they were ready to help me! John made it feel as if he was my friend coming to my rescue! He was also super affordable and didn't drain my bank account! 10/10 if i could rate 10 stars! If you're ever in trouble.....these are your people!
John was so HELPFUL and kind. He made a stressful situation so much better, he was so kind and came in about 20 minutes he was so nice. I definitely recommend this company hopefully my husband doesn't misplace the key again but if that happens or someone needs a key made I would definitely recommend John.
