You really know how good a company is after an issue and JDX Blinds came through! We had our blinds installed a few years ago and they were great. Recently we had an issue with a motor that stopped working and Jun came out and fixed it. It wasn't expected but meant a lot that he made things right in a case that seems to be an anomaly. I appreciate the customer service, kindness, and ease of the process. It's nice in this day and age to have someone you can actually talk to who cared. Great investment we made getting these blinds from JDX! Thank you!

I have hired JDX Blinds to outfit two of my homes in FriscoLakes and one home in Sachse. I keep returning because they have given me great customer service. Best of all…their pricing is very fair and reasonable compared to other businesses. They are on time and extremely professional. Three houses over the years says it all for me. BTW… I got ZebraShades…and they are beautiful.
