First time at this location. Ask for Joy, she is wonderful and i tried to explain how and what I wanted and she superseded my hair style desire, omg! 😍
She is outgoing and friendly. This location is great, right outside h-121. It is clean and kept very nice.
Probably won't be back to this location unfortunately. Hair cut and shampoo. The stylist was very nice and communicative. UNTIL I left her a 20% tip. She then complained openly about how it wasn't enough money.
When I asked her what would have been enough exactly so I knew for next time, because I didn't want want anyone to feel jipped she said it was okay, pretty much kept complaining it wasn't enough, then walked away. Ignoring me. I was left with a sour taste in my mouth.
Thanks anyway.
My mom recently went here and had Joy Kim and was raving about how great her service was! She loved the haircut and service so much she asked me to please write this review for her. Thanks for the great service Joy!
