Coldair and Richard Murtaugh have been servicing my A/C and heating units for more than six years now. You won't find more honest dealings with another contractor. They have handled routine maintenance, major repairs, and replacements very cost effectively and expertly. It's like having a friend in the business now. I thoroughly recommend doing business with Coldair A/C & Heating.
Could not be happier with them. Cost came in a little UNDER bid, a rarity these days. Installation was timely and professional. The units run much quieter than the original ones.

I cannot say enough about the level of service I received!
