Paw Oasis Pet Resort

Atlas has been attending daycare here for a few months now, and it has quickly become his favorite place! He starts shaking with excitement the moment we turn into the driveway because he knows exactly where he’s going.

Today he celebrated his 5th birthday at daycare, and the staff made him feel so special. He received so much extra attention and love, which meant the world to us. You can truly tell that everyone here genuinely cares about and loves the animals in their care.

It’s such a comfort knowing Atlas is somewhere safe, happy, and surrounded by people who treat him like family. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful place for our sweet boy. Thank you for making his birthday so memorable!

My pup loves it here so much! I love the report cards they give you and the cameras give me a sense of peace when I get to check in our her throughout the day. I love all the fun calender events and Sunday Swims. The staff is always so friendly and sweet. So greatful Pebbles has a little home away from home🥰

Wouldn’t open the door to service me

I’ve taken my dogs here many times for boarding, training, daycare, and grooming, and they’re always excited to go which tells me they genuinely enjoy their time there.
My only concern is with pickup. On several occasions, the process has felt disorganized, and my dogs have been brought into the lobby either without a leash or with one so loose that they immediately slipped free. A couple of times, they nearly made it out toward the street, which is pretty concerning.
Overall, we’ve had great experiences, but I’d really like to see more attention to safety during pickup.
Also when I'm calling the front desk I usually have to called a few times before someone picks up.

Our dog started going here after bad experiences at 2 daycares and she is SO HAPPY!!!! We love this place!!!!

Some of the SWEETEST staff members ever. My nervous senior dog is slow to trust groomers, but she was so loved and taken care of when I took her in. Will definitely be back !

I’ve been with the paw oasis family since I had first dog many many years ago! Paw Oasis has made me feel at ease when I had to leave my dog overnight there for the first time. One of my dogs loves over dogs and the other one doesn’t as much so the fact that they are so accommodating to my dogs’ needs is so refreshing and assures me that they are in the right spot!

It is a little more expensive than other daycares, but the price comes with exceptional care that you sometimes don’t get in other places.

We love and highly recommend Paw Oasis! We primarily use their grooming services! They always do an amazing job! The most recent had Bridget as a groomer and she did an amazing job! It was exactly what we wanted and explained to her!!! 5 stars all the way!!!

I had a very upsetting experience boarding my dog here. My dog is a senior and has never had a prior incident while boarding. Within 18 hours of dropping him off, he was attacked by another dog and suffered a severe cut to his eye that required treatment at an animal hospital.

I was notified as soon as I landed in another country, which made the situation extremely stressful. I spent the remainder of my trip worried about my dog’s condition and recovery.

At pickup, I was shown video footage of the incident at the facility. I later requested a copy of the footage for my records, but it has not been provided. I was also not given a written incident report. After bringing my dog home, I noticed what appeared to be bite wounds on his neck that were never pointed out to me by staff. Because these injuries were not disclosed, I followed up directly with the veterinarian who treated him, who noted multiple bite wounds to the eye, neck and ear.

Despite the injuries, I was repeatedly asked to settle payment at pickup, which I declined. The business charged my credit card after I left, despite my refusal to pay at pickup, and I am now disputing the charges.

While they did take my dog to the animal hospital, the overall handling of the incident, communication, and billing afterward left me with serious concerns about supervision, screening, and incident protocols. I would strongly encourage other pet owners to ask very detailed questions about supervision and how incidents are handled before boarding here.

I am so happy I found Paw Oasis! My Tigger gets sooooooo excited on daycare days!!!! The staff is the BEST! They come up with the most fun and cutest and creative things for the pups to do!!! I love bringing Tigger here! And getting to pet Chloe is a bonus!!
