We have been here several times and it’s always been good. Close to home always available and easy to schedule. Today though was great! My 5 yr old had a regular well visit with Dr. Propst. He did have a student with him (not a problem). He and the nurse, Robyn were so nice and patient with my daughter. They included her in conversation, talked to her , asked her questions and were just genuinely caring ! Let me not forget when we were checking in the ladies at the desk/check-in were also very welcoming and kind even after an older gentleman was being rude. I had to make sure to get their names also! Ive been going here for years and always try to brag about utmb. But it seems when i need them most they are letting me down. Maybe im just seeing the true side of them. I dont know how they thinks its exceptable to have a pcp normally booked out 2 to 3 months. Thats crazy. I really need them now and i get nothing but oh well we can book you with someone else. I want to see my doctor. But no. Apparently this is the norm here. Well as much as i hate to i might have to look elsewhere for care.i wanna see my doctor who is familiar to me. Who knows me and my past issues. Not some stranger evrytime something comes up on the fly.
