Scott is a great professional! After two years of us going without heat(because we didn’t want to get told we need a whole new unit by someone else) Scott has fixed our heat! His dedication is amazing and he even came on the days no one else would go out! His work is thorough and he will help you understand what went wrong and he will not leave you hanging on anything! I was really happy with the level of service Scott provided on a recent call. He was upfront about his fees and explained everything he needed to do and why it was important. He solved many problems hindering the performance of our AC unit and gave me information on things I could do to help prevent issues in the future.
