I woke up on a 25* morning outside, and my thermostat read 57* degrees. By 3 pm the heat had still not come on and I was tired of shivering, so I searched online and found Premier. Mark and Ronnie were here in less than 1.5 hours and quickly analyzed and solved my problem, which was an old, worn-out thermostat. Since I’m retired and my needs are simpler, they installed an older used non-automatic digital thermostat that meets my needs perfectly, without charging anything for it! The cost of the visit was very reasonable! I am definitely a happy camper and will use Premier again, as well as recommend them to others.
