Went in for my regular check up and as always very efficient and customer oriented. The ladies at the front desk were very kind. Dr. Afzal was the best. She was very thorough, gentle, and clearly explained my dental situation to me. Dr. Afzal’s assistant, Maryssa, was amazing…easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. 5 STARS
From the front desk to the back exam room, I was most pleased with my visit today. The dentist and assistant were amazing, as was the insurance department. The front desk was very helpful and worked hard to work out my insurance.
The staff is amazing. Very caring and they take the time to make sure you are ok. I was having issues with getting numb and the staff finally found a way to help me and get it done. I want to thank them for caring for my needs and making me feel comfortable and getting the job done well.
