John was awesome. He installed our water softener and RO. He was very thorough and had great communication on everything. From the initial appointment arrival time and having to get parts . He was so kind. Provided full explanation on how it all worked and if we had any questions to just reach out to him . Excellent customer service. He skills were perfect. Absolutely fantastic service! I am fully satisfied with their services. Daniel and Kaleb came over twice to fix the drain stoppage problem. They did a fantastic job! Highly recommended!
