I’m new to the area and needed a new stylist. I’m someone who has recently started losing hair at an alarming rate due to stress and health. I decided on this salon based on reviews and am so glad I did! Jacob was kind, informative, knowledgeable, and even fit me in to do some of what we discussed same day due to a cancellation! It was only supposed to be a consult! He was very knowledgeable about the issues I’m having with my hair and asked all of the right questions to really nail down what I need to do to get it back to where it was. I wasn’t sure what to expect because I’ve only ever let ☝ hairstylist touch my hair ever; I’ve always done it myself. However, from the moment I met with LaCarla I felt safe. She was very careful and sensitive while cutting my hair. I loved that she asked LOTS of questions every step of the way to ensure my satisfaction. But, my favorite part of our session was her gentleness; she was very soft on my scalp.

Classy shop with great friendly staff. I was welcomed and started a few minutes before my appointment time for a minimal wait. Trinity is smart, sweet, beautiful AND she knows what she's doing! It was my first visit with her so she made sure to talk about options and create a clear understanding of what I wanted and expected!!
A wonderful experience and I will be back!!
