Visited this location yesterday and had a mixed experience. Finding what I needed was incredibly difficult, and honestly, if I hadn't been using an AI assistant on my phone to look things up, I would have been completely lost. I unfortunately still couldn't find everything on my list. However, the saving grace of the visit was a petite African - American lady who was incredibly helpful and sweet while trying to assist me.
Salinda helped me at checkout and she was perfect. She was the only person on a register and handled an entire line efficiently and with a good attitude, all while using a new checkout technology ulta is trying out.
My sweet Mom was visiting from Kansas during Easter and realized she forgot her foundation. We walked into Ulta in Temple that Wednesday and were greeted by Alexa Viramontes. Alexa was so helpful. She listened and made wonderful suggestions. She helped both of us try on foundation and a few other products. She had vast knowledge of thw products and was so kind.
