Salinda helped me at checkout and she was perfect. She was the only person on a register and handled an entire line efficiently and with a good attitude, all while using a new checkout technology ulta is trying out.
My sweet Mom was visiting from Kansas during Easter and realized she forgot her foundation. We walked into Ulta in Temple that Wednesday and were greeted by Alexa Viramontes. Alexa was so helpful. She listened and made wonderful suggestions. She helped both of us try on foundation and a few other products. She had vast knowledge of thw products and was so kind. While I like their selection of products, I find it very annoying to be asked at checkout not once but three times to provide my e-mail. This happens every visit and I find it very pushy.
