Switched to the Santa Fe location for lab work and wish I'd done so years ago. There was less then a 5 minute wait compared to roughly hour wait at the hospital and Main Bldg on 31st Street. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
The clinic and staff is magnificent. Stay away from Dr. Bohannan. She is very nonchalant about complaints and dismissive when you say you do not want see a certain provider. I have been calling Patients Relations at the Main Hospital since January and no one ever answers. Dr. Bohannan never did the paperwork I needed which she herself offered, so therefore I just moved myself to a different clinic to avoid interactions with her. If the appropriate staff would like to speak to me, your welcome to contact me as no one ever calls or emails me back to assist with filing a complaint.

My experience with BSW has been a frustrating one. However, once being seen by Dr.Thomas I finally feel seen and heard. I'm not just number as I have been feeling dealing with BSW. At the Santa Fe clinic I've had no issues. Everyone has been friendly and attentive. There is a receptionist that can be rude at times but I usually get the short haired gentleman and he's fantastic. People need to be aware that it's a resident run clinic. Most of the providers are doing their residency here. So you will lose your normal provider once they graduate.
