I went in for surgery yesterday with a broken ankle. From check in to after surgery everyone was so nice and friendly. It was such a non-stressful environment and immediately felt at ease. This was my second experience with Scott and White and my first time (for Covid, I was in for a week) was in Marble Falls and was great too. Thank you to all the nurses and staff and my dr for making it as pleasant as possible in such a stressful time.

The staff and care of patient was great, hence the 2 stars. The administration of this establishment is sub par. 90 min wait for a scheduled appointment and an additional 30 min + once screening is completed by a nurse before a Dr ever comes into the room. Attempted to bring the issue to patient services only to find they were closed and the sign referred to a phone number and/or email
