On the afternoon of July 4th I started having severe pains. After a bit my husband took me to RPMH Emergency Room. This was about 3:30 pm. A few minutes after walking in the doors I had a room full of nurses and staff and they were so kind and AMAZING. By 7:00 I was leaving ER with pain meds and a diagnoses. Tana was my great nurse and Dr Goodwill was the doctor. I wish I knew the names of everybody that helped me.
So glad we have our hospital and such a caring staff. A couple of days after my visit I received a call from RPMH to see how I was feeling. Now that’s good customer service.

Great staff. Fast service on 4th of July holiday. Fell at the golf course face down. Thought I had rotar cuff damage. Brought the x-ray machine in the ER room. Got the results in 20 -30 minutes. no surgery needed. Severe sprain. Got an anti inflammatory shot and prescription was called into pharmacy for me. Wow. Have been to other ER’s through the years and waited 3 hours for the doctor to show up.Goodwill was the attending physician. Cannot remember the 2 nurses names.
The staff at RPMH emergency room were fantastic. They were very professional and caring. They listened and took care of our needs. Nurse Katie and Dr. Goodwill were wonderful. Great job!
