We needed a 10' section of cast iron pipe replaced under our house. We got an outrageously high bid from Milestone, and a friend recommended that we contact Tim Taylor at Redline Plumbing. Tim got us a quote right away and it was LESS THAN HALF of Milestone's.
Redline completed the repair quickly and did an amazing job. They were professional, thorough, proactive, punctual, and great with communication. They arranged the dig crew, the city inspection to approve the repair, the backfill and the engineer's report to confirm no negative impact to the slab foundation. Their work is also guaranteed!

We had a great experience with Redline Heating & Air. Jim and Ashlee are both wonderful. After another company gave us a quote that seemed extremely high, Jim came out quickly and gave us a reasonable price for the repair we needed. What I appreciated most was that he was honest and focused on fixing the problem we actually had instead of trying to upsell us on things we didn’t need.
Ashlee was super friendly and made scheduling and invoicing really easy. They were fast, responsive, and just genuinely good people to work with. It’s hard to find companies you feel like you can really trust, and we absolutely trust them. Highly recommend!
Ashley and Jim are such down to earth, nice people. They really do care about their customers and finding a real solution. My HVAC has given me hell since day 1. I have had so many people come out and try to fix it but it's never really fixed. Jim found out what the problem was without having to replace part after part like an auto mechanic, just to figure it out. I am so happy with the end result and I thank Jim and Ashley for it. They really do put the work in. If you are looking for an HVAC repair man call Jim. He's the best!
