She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable that whole time. She explained everything she was doing and made sure i understood the process. I also called beforehand she was very thorough and made sure she understood what I wanted. I really appreciated the attention to detail my hair turned out amazing!
Today is May 22. This sign is taped on the front window advertising deals on Clinique moisturizers and serums from May 21-25 so I went in and bought my Clinique moisturizer. When I asked the associate about the $15 off Clinique deal in the window she stared at me like I had six heads and told another associate “she said there’s a discount” and the two of them treated me like they had no idea what I was talking about. It’s literally in the window, on the front door. I didn’t get my $15 off. Am I reading the sign wrong or is this just the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced ?

With other stylists, I’ve often ended up with hair that was cut too short or layers that didn’t look right, but that has never happened with her. She’s incredibly talented, consistent, and a true professional. I always leave loving my hair!
