After massive confusion of calling and being told product I wanted was in store, I drive to the location, and was told no it is not in stock. I go home, order it online, and it says available for pickup in 2 hours at the very same location I had been at earlier. Really?? I call back, spoke to a very helpful lady named Simone who went the extra mile, checked another part of the store, and guess what? There it was! I made a 2nd trip and picked it up. Thank you Simone for making the extra effort to help me. Also, the reason I gave 5 stars is because of Simone, as she is an asset to this company.

Adelina made this experience so special! My friends and I are all new to makeup and she helped us find the right foundation shade and product for our personal needs. She also helped us find suitable concealer, primer, and moisturizer as well. I left Ulta excited to begin my makeup journey. She is kind, fun, and well-informed; totally recommend!
