They called me multiple times to check on me and to see if we needed anything. The entire process with the New Hope team was stress free. New Hope Funeral Home did an exceptional job for my Dads recent funeral and burial ceremonies. Hector was very thorough in answering all questions, understanding of the family’s needs, and took time to explain all the needed tasks to be done to include purchase of the casket, detailing inside the casket, floral arrangements, and all other requested items. The team was punctual, dressed professionally, and flexible when requested for more time to accommodate for the influx of people that came to pay their respects.
