From beginning to end Jackie was very patient with us. When we came to make the initial arrangements there were several times I needed to pause due to sadness and she let me take as much time as I needed. My mom looked perfect. The staff was awesome, caring, and understanding. When there was an issue it was resolved immediately. They walked us through every step of the way. I would recommend the facility to anyone who asks. Thank you to the team who cared for my mom.

The service was perfect until the director takes over at the end and abruptly says “That concludes our service”. None of the family was given an opportunity to speak. As his brother for 77 years, I had a few words to say to the family about him that I’ll never get to say as we were dismissed. People’s feelings should be more important than a time clock.

I can't say enough about the service we received from Keith. He was so kind, compassionate and accommodating. He met with us as a family a day after my Mother's passing to help walk us through everything. Although my mother pre-planned her services she had a few changes in mind that we had questions about. Keith never made us feel rushed or pressured. He explained everything in great detail and was fully transparent every step of the way. He made sure that we were pleased with every decision and we felt so comfortable working with him under such unexpected circumstances.I highly recommend working with him!
