My Nursing Facility lost its main water heater and JR's got it ordered and installed very quickly and at a fair price.
I had a good experience with JR Services. My water heater thermostat went bad. They gave me the information on replacing the thermostat in my old water heater versus buying a new water heater. With that education I decided to replace the thermostat. The job went great and I now have hot water. The customer service was great. Some other plumbers get bad attitudes when working through challenges but JR services was professional and explained everything to me.
