We took our boxers Beaux and Lulu Belle today to be groomed. From the moment we walked it was a very kind and welcoming environment. Beaux is very laid back and easy going. He is friends with everyone. Lulu can get a bit nervous in a new environment. I was never pressured to just drop them and leave. We chatted for a few minutes. Both dogs were relaxed so we left for lunch. A few hours later they called and said we were ready for pick up. We walked in and again greeted with smiling faces. Both Beaux and Lulu looked amazing and were happy to see us. Lulu even jumped up on her groomer to give her kisses. I brought my boy in for his first groom. I got the full service and he looks absolutely amazing! Softer and the most handsome he’s ever been! I’ve never gone to anyone else but I think their prices are good. Their customer service is outstanding and I’ll definitely be back.
Very friendly owner, I am a Spark delivery driver and I have interacted with her on one occasion. I had not had services there because I don't have a dog. Very kempt place and I adored the interior design there and very clean.
