I am so incredibly happy with my new floors. Austen and Carl were such a pleasure to work with! Austen really went above and beyond for us. He did extensive research trying to find me tile options, drove to several store locations to find samples for us to see, and really went the extra mile which made trying to manage everything from a different state and different time zone so much easier. The pecan floors are beautiful! I love the new black marble tile fireplace surround, and the marble tile in the bathrooms is exactly what we wanted! Thank you Texas Floor and Home!
I highly recommend Texas Floor. Everything from the initial appointment to the final installation was seamless. Austen, Carl, Ryan, and Solio were exceptional. They answered all of my questions and were always available. They truly want to ensure their customers are pleased throughout the entire process. My husband and I are building a home and we were on a desperate search for a particular backsplash that another vendor told us was discontinued.
