We have used FFL for all of a various flooring installations, and they never disappoint. However, I had to mention Sam from this location specifically. He went above and beyond for our family over and over again across our moving process, from hunting down old orders, recommending honestly and expertly, all the way to changing our installation date at the last minute when our closing date shifted. He has made himself available to us multiple times, and we are so thankful. Great service! Great business!

This is the second time we have worked with Floors for Living at two different locations. Both times it was a great experience. This most recent visit was to the New Territory in Sugar Land. Sam Bell was our sales person and he was patient and very helpful. There was no pressure just gave me a ton of help picking out a Porcelain tile. The install went very smoothly. I had a couple of concerns and contacted Sam and he assured me he would make sure the project was finished to my satisfaction. The install team was very nice and efficient.
