Highly recommend Sugar roofing. Had my roof replaced in 2019 and they were very helpful with my insurance company that was trying to deny claim. Recently had my water heaters replaced and they were quick to come out and reseal my roof vents.
We waited almost two years before finally deciding to replace our roof because we wanted to make sure we chose the right company. I can now say without hesitation that Sugar Roofing was one of the BEST decisions we could have made!
From beginning to end, this company has been absolutely EXCELLENT. They have been responsive to every single phone call, question and concern we’ve had. Every promise that was made to us was kept. We even called with questions on a Sunday and received a call back within minutes! That level of customer service is hard to find.
The crew arrived at 6:00 a.m. and worked hard throughout the day until dark! Everyone was professional and respectful… read full review
Maribel was good with scheduling and alerting me when the technician showed up. Jonah, the estimator, listened to my issues, did a thorough inspection, and explained the entire repair process. Very good with the process. I'll entertain another bid, but Sugar roofing will probably be hard to beat.
I used Sugar Roofing for my repair and I am pleased with the work, so far. I'll know more when it rains. However, the repairs went just as described, with pictures to show the before, during, and after repairs. Cindy, from the office, was timely with sending out the pictures and processing my payment.
