The Dr is very nice, his residents under his supervision need more training. Yes expect to make a day of this appointment, take the day off even, the waiting room will be your space for the day. The front desk ladies were only nice cause they knew my family since Dr Thakkar was the family physician. I thought he was a man we trusted until my elders passed away. First my grandpa, then my mother, my grandma then the guy which was like a step dad since my mom was with him like 14 years. I had my own issues and shared my concern that I don’t want to die under his care too, I didn’t wanna be next to die!!! My family sees Dr. Thakkar and I have been trying to get them to leave this office forever. He prescribes the most expensive medications (when there are much cheaper options - I know since I am a pharmacist). The office staff members are RUDE. We have been yelled at when we tried to explain that the lab work was billed incorrectly so now there is over $100 bill for routine blood work. Also, the labs were billed by a physician my family didn't even see? I'm not sure what kind of operations they have over there. With the many options of physicians out there STAY AWAY from this office
