I recently read a one star review about Dr. Chen and I can’t understand what could have transpired during their visit, I have seen Dr. Chen 4 times now and each time has been very professional and she went above and beyond to try and help me out with some items. I will recommend Dr. Chen to ANYONE. She is very thorough and takes interest and great care of her patients. No one is perfect and there could be folks that have a bad day who choose to reprimand others when they don’t mean to. I believe this to be the case for any one star reviews regarding Dr. Chen. I visited Dr. Chen on 12/27/23 for my annual preventative care check up. She ordered the correct lab work but erroneously coded them as non-preventative.
After fasting overnight, I made the trip to the onsite Quest lab on 12/29/23 at 8AM; the Quest system prompted the lab technician to charge me for the basic blood work. This blood work should have been covered under my insurance (I called them to verify already). The only remedy the lab technician offered was to call my insurance to verify coverage. I am a patient of Dr. Dosmu and I can really say she is understanding, compassionate, and informed. She takes time to listen to your concerns. The office staff from the receptionist to the medical assistants are polite and efficient. The availability of appoinments is great and the wait time in the lobby is short. Even when the doctor I see was on vacation another doctor reviewed and relayed my test results in a timely manner. I almost do not want to leave a review because I want to keep this gem to myself. 💎 I appreciate being able to be a patient at this practice. Thank you all.
