Palm Beach Tan provides a welcoming experience with knowledgeable and helpful staff at the front desk. They offer clean beds and spacious rooms, complete with towels and glasses. The staff is thorough in their guidance, helping customers achieve their desired look. Although some may find the prices, including an initial startup fee, to be a bit steep, the consistent great service earns the restaurant two thumbs up from its customers.
it was my first time here and Sam was AMAZING!!! She explained every package to me, explained everything that went into the tanning experience and explained every direction wonderfully!! 10/10!!(:
I want to give a huge shoutout to Savannah at Palm Beach Tan Sugarland! I’ve had some interesting customer service experiences at this location in the past, so this review is definitely more for her than the facility. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, super friendly, and genuinely knowledgeable — and for the first time in a while, I actually felt valued as a customer.
While others have made me feel like I was inconveniencing them just by being there, Savannah was the complete opposite. I've never been to this Palm Beach Tan until last Saturday. It is very clean, but most importantly I would like to acknowledge the staff at this location, specifically Meagan. Meagan was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. My boyfriend lives in Sugar Land, and I will be visiting this location often, thanks to Meagan going above and beyond for me.
