Ms. Monica Stout is amazing she is very attentive and doesn't try to overload me with a bunch of medicine like my prior Psychiatrist.
The most important thing I love about her is that she LISTENS and actually CARES.
I never have a problem with the waiting for my appt to begin! Usually my telemeds are early. They begin up to 30mins earlier than scheduled!
Getting refills or problems with the pharmacy refilling my meds, is taken care of immediately.
