Bought a "Glass Only" repair for my phone. I called ahead of time to ask about scheduling my "glass only" repair on my phone. He didn't ask for any details - just said come in. I drove 45 minutes (1 way) plus paid $7 in tolls to get there. When I arrive he looked at the phone and says "I can't replace the glass, you need an entire screen replacement - that will be $225 more than what you paid." What a joke. I lost 2 hours of my time, gas and tolls. Scam.

Came in to get the ipad mini screen replaced. They dent up the corner of my ipad. When i questioned them the guy said he had to dent it up to replace the new screen in. This is unheard of and They never informed us before hand this will be the case. This is the shadiest establishment i have ever been to. Please stay far away from this business. They damaged the ipad just to fix the screen.

Mastro not only messed up my home screen, but the repair didn't last and my screen cracked again. First they tried to charge me $25 and after a bad review blew up my phone and then tried to charge me $15 to fix the damage they did. They also sent me a nasty text message cursing at me and blaming me and deleted my comment. Mastro sucks and if you want the job done right go elsewhere. I ended up wasting the money I spent on Groupon and have to go through the insurance to get the problem fixed . They do awful work. My home button also doesn't work.
