Based on the reviews, LOTY Beauty Retreat is a beautiful and relaxing salon. Kelsey is an amazing Hair Artist, Colorist, and Stylist. She is very personable and hospitable, and really listens to what clients are hoping for. She develops a plan to get there and offers free consultations. Clients love the brazilian blowout, which takes hair from curly to a beach wave and reduces frizz. Janie is also an amazing stylist who does great color and styling, especially for long, thick hair. She gives head massages and beautiful trims that make hair feel healthier. The salon feels like a little peace and is a very relaxing place for some Me time. Clients have received lots of compliments on their hair and recommend visiting for a new Hair experience.
Kelsey is an amazing Hair Artist! She is an amazing Colorist and Stylist. I have been using her services for years and went to her new Salon today and was amazed at the Style and Comfort of her new Beauty Retreat. Janie has done my color the last two times I’ve gone here and she has really impressed me! I have long thick hair that needs extra TLC. I don’t trust any stylist easily but her and Kelsey have a professional way about them that reassures me that they totally understand what I want and truly aim to achieve my goals. Kelsey is THE BEST! I've been going to her for about 5 years and have been getting brazilian blowouts for about 3 years now. I absolutely LOVE the brazilian blowout. It takes my hair from being curly (and borderline unmanageable) to more of a beach wave if I let it dry naturally. It also significantly cuts down on the time it takes to dry it straight and greatly reduces frizz in the Houston summers. Highly recommend!
