The salon is cute and gives a very relaxing vibe, the music never misses. I first went and they were closed, the owner seen me out sit and stepped out to ask if I had any question. She was super sweet and nice, she helped me schedule an appointment for the next day. My appointment with Vivian was an amazing experience. Vivian is sweet, she's fast and does a great job. I love that she lets you relax and enjoy the moment. I will definitely be going back to see her.

Annie was very kind and sweet. she welcomed me with a good attitude ,made me feel much better and relieved after a long day at work. Even though I came close to closing time she gave the best customer service and made sure I was satisfied with my mani and pedi. Thank you Annie! I’ll be back for sure!

I had two good experiences prior to my last two encounters. I'm unhappy to say I wont return anymore. I went to the mall recently and was waiting for them to open. Nobody was inside at 11am so I went to Starbucks inside of Macy's to kill time. Around 11:10a I see someone open the doors. Another lady walked up before me, no worries. So once she sat down to be serviced, I requested my services and the lady said she is the only one working and could I come back. I declined and walked back to Macy's and got sidetracked by the sale. Ten minutes into shopping I said, "Let me call them back and just state I will wait until she is done and do a little shopping." I did just that...read full review
