I got my hair done at this location of dry bar for a work Christmas party and was very unhappy with the results. I ended up having to re curl my whole head once home which is exactly what I was trying to avoid by making an appointment here. I have been to the dry bar at least a dozen times (other locations) over the past few years and never left unhappy. I even used them for my wedding events and my hair looked great! But the service I got this time was bad. I left with my hair feeling crunchy and not at all what I wanted it to. I just wanted to update my review.I came there on May 19th and had Vanessa as my stylist! She is AMAZING! Definitely, the reason I would come back. I’m use to great ppl here but still dislike Lauren for NEVER resolving my issue and making my hair horrible. With Vanessa, my hair didn’t get poofy at all. She asked me how my hair usually is and immediately said she’s grateful I mentioned it. She really took her time and made me feel comfortable and I would definitely go back for her.Lauren, as a manager I do really wish you took the initiative to fix your mistake with me.
