⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Graceful Moves Moving and Storage. Gustavo and Arnoldo moved my one-bedroom apartment, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. They arrived on time and even called about 40 minutes before arrival, which I really appreciated. The move was completed before the estimated time, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. They carefully wrapped all of my furniture and handled everything with great care, treating my belongings as if they were their own. Professional, efficient, and respectful—Gustavo and Arnoldo did an outstanding job. I highly recommend Graceful Moves to anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free moving experience!
These guys were great! While Graceful Moves quote is not the cheapest. They really assess your needs properly when if comes to the number of guys which makes up for the hourly rate and ends up equaling what I've paid other places and these guys did way more. They brought us extra boxes, wrapped all our needed items carefully, they broke down and rebuilt furniture, reconnected our TV's, took handles off a fridge and put it back to move it, and reinstalled doors on our other fridge. They helped us center furniture and roll out rugs. They really steeped up and went above and beyond compared to any other place I have worked with. And to top it off our move was on Christmas Eve and these guys weren't bent about working on a holiday. They hustled all day and barely took a break. Their clock starts when you sign them in and out not when they leave their location. All these little things really make a difference and sets Graceful Moves way above others.
