This was a first experience using Abacus. A very small job was given the attention of a very large job. Great response time with same day service, excellent communication with a picture of the technician before arrival. A technician was professional, thorough, courteous, and informative in diagnosing a clogged drain. Another technician and apprentice were phenomenal, efficient, and clear about the whole process. Fast work with a smile solved a sink-drainage problem on a Saturday afternoon.

We had a really good experience with Abacus plumbing from start to finish. They were quick to reply, provided a very fair price (I got three estimates) and they were super professional during the installation of a new water heater. Ours was over 15 years old and was leaking.
Kevin B. was just fantastic explaining everything they would be doing to replace our water heater even reinforcing our fold out stairs leading up to our attic so they would not bend bringing down the old water heater. Really appreciated their approach!

Malcom was truly a professional. As for his company not so much. Over priced and prepared to install subpar equipment. I’d call upon Malcom again but not Abacus. Yes, pan and bricks for a water heater were not new.
