Kelly is awesome, he is very polite, listens well for the job, and is very thorough in searching out the pest. You should call him the gun slinger of the west for pests. I had ants and wasp, sand yellow jackets. The ants were to an extreme like you've never seen. He sprayed every crook and cranny, to get rid of them. He even told me the ants were using the trees to get in the house. So we are cutting them today. Anyhow he spray yesterday. I went and looked this morning before tree trimmers get here.. I couldn't find a single live ant. I'm so happy to see that. I want to throw a party. I will definitely be using them again. Thank you Kelly. You don't know how happy I am...read full review
I reached out to them for multiple different issues in the house I am renting. They were the kindest and very helpful!! They explained the entire service and all it entails to give me a better understanding. Unfortunately I had to cancel the service due to miscommunication with my landlord, but they were very understanding and kind!! If we ever have issues again they will be the first ones I call!
Our technician was very knowledgeable and did a great job making sure we understood if we had any questions.
